We start with a kickoff meeting, preferably at the building site if available. We encourage all applicable parties to join including project managers, leasing officers, and other senior management. This is where we get to know your project and your wants and goals so that we can establish a strategy.
Following the kickoff meeting, Khrab sends a proposal with a complete strategy based on your project and goals. This proposal allows you to choose pick and choose services you want based on your budget.
Now we start building the brand. No matter what stage your project is in, we bring it to life. This allows future residents to envision themselves living in your property using renderings, site maps, colorful copywriting, through means of social media and the custom website.
As the project has moves forward and pre-leasing becomes applicable, the meat of the marketing plan is set in motion. The strategy is pulled together by our team of marketing and real estate experts and is created specifically for your building, location, budget, and target market.
